This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on 14 November, 7pm for 7:30pm. We will gather in the church once again to allow for livestream. Please let us know if you would like to follow proceedings online, so we can this up for you. Just be advised that you won’t be able to participate in elections if you chose not to attend in person.

As soon as they are available we will publish the papers below. Please do read the papers carefully, once you have received them, and remember: finance is not just a boring nuisance we have to go through, but that money received and spent is part of our mission and ministry. While vestry approves the budget and “only” presents it to the AGM, your voice is important and can be made heard through elections and direct contact. We do consider feedback regularly.

We will elect three new members of vestry, a lay representative for diocesan synod, and an alternate lay representative. Nomination papers can be requested from members of the clergy.

It would be helpful to let the rector know in advance if you have any questions to make sure we will be able to provide you with the best answer possible. Thank you. You can contact him here
