In all our worship we seek to give our best to God, to lift up our hearts and minds as well as our voices. In our preaching we are not afraid to explore our faith in the light of the best modern scholarship. In our prayers we reach out in concern to all the needs of God’s world and ask for strength to become, in our small way, instruments of God’s justice and peace.

There are different ways in which members of St John’s contribute to the leadership of our worship. Some sing in the choir, others read lessons, lead intercessions or serve at the altar. If you’d like to know more about getting involved in any of these ways please contact Markus or Rosie.
